Oklahoma Dealers - Service Dept.
« on: June 05, 2008, 11:49:27 PM »

Has anyone used the service departments of Myers-Duren or Route 66 HD in Tulsa?  I am not impressed with the service departments of the OKC, Stillwater & Lawton dealers.
I need to take my bike in for some warranty work and am looking for a dealer that will not try to feed me that line of crap......."oh, that's normal".  Anyone ever heard that one from a dealer?

Victor is the service manager at Myers-Duren and he is why I ride 200 miles for any service I need the dealer to do--and I did not purchase my bike from them.( they did not have a 04 orange/black SEEG when I wanted one)

Tell him DMAC and Chuck sent you--he will go above and beyond to take care of you.

Thanks so much for the info!  I just e-mailed a friend in Tulsa and she confirms what you just said.
I guess I will be taking the 100 mile ride up Rt 66 to see Victor
