What's your job/career?
« on: June 11, 2008, 11:44:52 PM »

Being new here I have been able to figure out what a few of you do for a living. Quite a few members having way too much time on your hands as evidenced by the number of posts some make here...... :huepfenlol2: :huepfenjump3: (that was a joke!)

So, my biz involves getting to know folks and networking and then being a matchmaker of sorts...I am an Executive Recruiter/Headhunter specializing in a particular industry....What about the rest of you, care to share your vocation?

Well then, I'll be the first to comment on this one.  I have had a couple of job titles so here they are in order of importance followed by chronoligically :
1. Husband and Father ( or as Austin Powers says Faziere)
2. Father and Husband
3. Amatuer Gynocoligist ( only an amatuer becuase I can't spell both!)  Send your pics for diagnosis!!!
4. Currently a Director of Operations for public housing
5. Formerly a Sergeant at the local Police Department
6. Formerly a Sergeant in the Army
7. Before that, I didn't know what to do besides bag groceries, but I did know that I had to EARN some money to get a HD!!!
Who gives a chitake mushroom, I work, I ride, I like.  I like to ride more, therefore, I work more.  You know what I mean!

I'm a general contractor.

Before that, I was a playgirl centerfold model. I was young at the time, and really needed the money.

I used to be an artist, I painted artificial crablegs...

before that I was a petroleum distillate dispensary technician-I pumped gas...

In all honesty, I operate AutoCad for an civil engineering/land surveying company

Thank you to all who served in the military, or are currently serving to protect our borders.
Another warm thank you to those in the police department and fire department for keeping us safe within our borders!
