You'll have to modify the fender mounts.

Rooster,

  Can you tell me what modifications you had to make?  I'm using a Peformance Machine 21" Cartel wheel with a Metzeler 120/70-21 tire.  I really don't want buy an after market fender and pay to have it painted.  Drag specialties has some fender mounts on page 951-952 in the Fatbook.  I don't know if they'll fit the fatboy fender or not.  I'll appreciate any help you can give me. Dean, you need to enlarge the rear hole on the bottom of the hole on you stock fender to allow the fender to raise up on the rear. This will give you enough clearance for the 21 to fit.

I have both a custom fender and the stock one for my 21....which is on a SEEG

After installing the front wheel the fender was temp. fitted and then the fender mount was cut and added more metal to extend and re chromed.

Looks good, I love the 21" on there.  I have one on my SEEG.   Looks Kick @ss
