Oil leaks force Lemon Law action

I've had it. My '07 110 continues to leak. Harley has already replaced the engine once but it didn't fix the problem inspection bolt and O-ring leaks. Has anyone out there proceeded through the New Jersey Lemon Law process? I'm just beginning process and would like to know what to expect. Thanks.

Do a search here for "Lemon Laws". Not sure what the laws are for Fl. Some will depreciate it to a full life use of only 40,000 miles. Sorry to see the reason you found the website but glad you're here.

AJ, how did you know he was from Florida?  I checked his profile and nothing there indicated FL.  What did I miss?  Do I just have morning eyes and not seeing clearly?

If he is from FL and is pursuing a remedy under the Lemon Law, he will discover pretty quick that in FL the Lemon Law does NOT apply to motorcycles.  :sauer005:

There was a member a couple months ago who only had like three posts.  He had his motor replaced twice and then enacted a Lemon Law claim and pulled his profile the day he announced the outcome.
