Thanks guys.  Appreciate it very much. And I am happy with both of them.  Nice that both are running well and content with nothing before them but saddle time.  They are both bikes that I really really like though.  The daily choice is a nice one to have to make.

This probably isn't the time to tell you I found a red 02 SERK in Atlanta today is it?

Instead of a duet how about a trio?

Don't hate me please!

Cool pics!  I heard about your new seat for the SERG but hadn't seen it yet.  Looks stunning.

Bastard.  FWIW, you're not the only one.  Scot pointed one out to me a couple of days ago.  Keeps checking in to make sure I'm not on the road to Ohio to drag it home.

I am, however, content with this duo.  Two touring bikes is merely backup (I rationalize to myself).  Three touring bikes in a single household is sillier than even I normally I am.  As much as I like the red SERKs and the Switchblades I'm standing pat where I am (unless something presents itself that is just a smoking deal).

On a side note (literally) I've been meaning to tell you about this timer cover.  The story that came to me is very likely just that; story.  But the guy said he started to make these for Road Glides and a few other models.  Shortly after he got started he got a cease and desist notice from HD.  So all he ever got done was one or two pieces for two or three models.  If you believe the story almost a one-off timer cover.  If you like it I'll ask him if here happens to be another.

Nice pics Don,

I used to own a truckstop and for a few years I had a customer tell me he learned long ago the only way to make money trucking was to have an odd number of trucks not an even number.....S'pose that might apply to own CVO"S if you looked at it the right way.... :nixweiss:

Looks great Don!   :2vrolijk_21:

I wish you would have called first.  I would have been fun to sit on the porch sippin'  :drink: and watching you push the bikes around the yard.

So the question is, now that your one big happy family, when are we goin' riding.  :bananarock:

Of course I want one.

Want me to pm the link to the SERK?

OK, OK, OK

Truth be told there is one in Atlanta at an auction but it's rough.
Kinda like death eating a cheeseburger rough!
Cause you know if the price was right and the bike was fine your phone would have already been ringing.
Just enjoy tempting you!

Don,
Looking good Bro thanks for sharing. :2vrolijk_21: I really think you need to add the Red SERK, and Switchblade to the collection. You could then start CVOHarley Fly & Ride. ;D

Been looking these pics over and over and I hate to say it, but I can only reach one concluson. When you look at the various perspectives of them you'd have to be blind not to notice that Don is really a SEEG guy at heart. Or perhaps  he hasn't sat with a bottle of Maker's and stared at the SERG long enough yet to know where to take the best shots.

Just my $0.02 - - - - whether you want it or not  :P
