I have seen/heard some negative feed back on Corbin as of late.....
Is this still the case?
Thanks
Steve
Steve, most honest answer I can give is I really don't have a clue. I just got a seat from them for the Road Glide. They didn't follow direction quite right in its construction and got the stitching pattern wrong. What I requested was not their norm. But they still got it wrong.
What they delivered was a stitching pattern I still liked. It just wasn't what I requested. Seat itself; fit, finish and construction are all fine though. And to compensate for the screw up they recovered a tour pak backrest for me for free. That was a nearly couple hundred dollar gimme.
All told I'm satisfied with their willingness to find a way to make it right. My other seats for the SEEG are also both fine in construction and fit. The service that I requested on the black one was done in a timely fashion and without problem.
I know of a couple of others bought recently without issue. A couple more besides that that did have some issue. So they can drop the ball.
There's are still the best riding saddle I've tried. Even with the questions about their more recent screw ups I went ahead and got the Road Glide seat. Once my ass sat on it I was glad I did.
