You may want to rethink that (using a 110ci) with all the trouble (leaking gaskets, liners moving, etc) that has been experienced with that motor. If you want more HP/TQ I would suggest a Jim's 120ci.

I don't know what you have to do to make the motor fit, but as far as one possibly for sale, you may want to PM Hogbreath.....  ;)

Out of curiosity, why do you want to make the switch??   ???

I have one down apart in the dealer's shop right now. My plan is to sell it. He'll be installing a new crank shaft, cylinders and pistons I'd assume. I'll sell it for $3,500. If you want any other mods done to it, if you sent the money for the additional expenses, I'd have him rebuild it your way.

The 110 case has the internal oil passages to the tranny.  I do not think you can use the 110 motor without using a matching tranny.   I suppose someone will make adapters.  As posted, only Jims has licensed the case design so far.

See Hogbreaths post above...give him a PM and I'm sure he'll be more than happy to work out a sale with you on his "spare" 110.

Doesn't this 06 Ultra have an engine in it already?  They came with a 103.  Is this a salvage bike that had the engine removed and you're doing a complete custom rebuild on it?   :nixweiss:

a stock 06 motor is 88 inch, this cam be made into a 95" with a big bore kit a 103" with a stroker kit and a 113" with a bigger bore kit. any of these options will allow you to make this enginge into anything you want without having a leaking POS 110"

It came as insurance recovery but still had a clean title?  How's that happen?
