08 RK CVO with Fulsac duals and Reinhart slip on's
« on: June 24, 2008, 11:31:57 AM »

I've done a search and read what was out there but most the post were old.

I have slip on Reinharts and love them. I have the Screaming Eagle breather and my dealer said I don't need any kind of SERT. I am interrested in making them duals with the Fulsac kit. I feel I can do it myself, I have a lift and plenty of tools if it's not too difficult. Post have been favorable for this kit and that is was no big deal to do. I just don't want to mess up the way the bike performes or make it run too lean or rich ect.

Questions I have however are:
1. with the Fulsac do the heat shields cover where the old right hand side pipe use to be.
2. What effect did it have on sound and engine smoothness.
3. Where there negative effects? do you have to get a SERT?
4. Where does O2 sensor go?

Any information with a similar set up as mine would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks
Bob
