At least the jockey shift handle would offer the new SE Lewinskilubricator.  Different platform so so of course that wouldn't fit on the FLSEH though.

Where did you get this from?  Do you have a URL that we can go to?  Also, if there is a Tri-Glide, it doesn't appear to be a CVO as evidented by the lack of the "SE" in the model designation.

RD, the list you'd quoted had it's original post pulled nearly as quickly as it had been posted.  Fortunately it's in your quote though.

It still begs the question of source or citation.  It's an interesting list.  But that's all it is.

Looking at it again it's also an oddly mixed list.  That's as troubling as it is suggestive.  Can anyone think of a place where a significantly abridged list of 18 years coverage of older and newer manuals would also just happen to include product that's not been released yet?

Yeah....  Crap may or may not be legit.  It may have the bona fides of the ghost of Bill Harley himself.  But if you can't say where the info is coming from, or are trying to be cute or appear important by having the mystery, just keep it to yourself.  Cite a source or don't cite squat.  Anything less is just more rumor that may or may not be proved accurate later.

Sure, I've spun a few tales for amusement's sake.  But I've also never been unwilling to say so when or if it seemed to become necessary.  More importantly I've never never MFG'd a post.  If citation or source was necessary it was mentioned or at least availalble.  Old habits die hard; or in this case will simply never be broken.

The gentleman here was asked at the beginning simply "source?"  That was all.  No sarcasm nor hyperbole.  And it's not an unfair question.

He could've offered a citation.  Or he could've just said "sorry guys, I spoke up without being able to say, never mind."  At that point it would've been "ok, no sweat." 

Instead he offered the playground retort of (basically) "wait and see" then posted lists he himself then pulled and did nothing else to confirm his bona fides.  In fact he made them seem weaker.

We're all interested in what will come.  We all enjoy the speculation.  But isn't the rumor mongering really the more annoying thing?
