Sadunbar,  I can't speak for the rest, but I certainly didn't take any offense to his wording.  How did you come to the conclusion that English is not his first language? I don't see anything in his profile to ally that.  I thought, for the most part his posts were done in very good English... :nixweiss:

His email would imply that *@yahoo.co.uk. UK = United Kingdom. I also believe in his previous posts (with pictures) they have indicated he's from the other side of the pond.

I recall from some of his earlier posts he makes note of his "European model" and I also believe he makes reference to his home in Spain.  That doesn't necessarily mean his first language is not English - I just thought from some of the responses that some of his wording may have been misinterpreted...

K, you guys got me on that.  ::)  But I still think his posts were written well enough...anyway, bottom line, I don't think he has a problem...it all sounds normal to me.  :nixweiss: If he had true duals, then I'd say he has a leak or compression problem on his rear cylinder and definitely needs to be checked out, but it appears to be idling fine, at least in the video it was.

I leave the house for a few days and I find the kids have messed it all up! :-\

In order to sort this deviation from the original question about my bike and the ACR's, I guess I will have to make a statement clearing things up for future reference  :jack:

I'm British but live in Spain; not just on holidays but on the contrary, have spent most of my life in this lovely Country. I speak/write in both languages with more or less success, but must confess that living and spending most of my time with Spaniards, it is actually easier for me to communicate in Spanish; when I've spent some time in the UK, the opposite happens as I tend to forget my Spanish very rapidly  :pumpkin:

Getting back on track, I removed the spark plugs, lifted the Springer's rear wheel, put it in 6th gear and since I don't have a compression gauge, I just stuck my thumb on both plug holes (cold engine of course...) with the following result: Under compression stroke, both cylinders have about the same leak ratio; if I hold my finger long enough, I can feel how the air pressure in the combustion chamber is slowly dropping and within roughly 15 seconds it's gone. So both cylinders are not 100% air tight, but roughly behave the same way. I don't know what kind of tightness is expected from a 2.000 mile motor, but one thing is certain and that is that my rear ACR is not the culprit here  :nixweiss:

I guess I will have to wait till I make a proper compression test with and without activating the ACR's and if the figures are within tolerances I'll just forget about the whole deal, unless someone comes up with the possibility of having my rear cams 1 tooth out or something  :confused5:

The fact remains that my rear cylinder blows a lot less, and I mean...... A  L O T  L E S S...... than the front cylinder, while idling hot or cold; it makes no difference. Maybe someone with the same setup can check up his machine and tell me if he/she has the same effect....
In the mean time, thanks to all who replied and have a few virtual  :drink:  :drink:  :drink: I pay this round.
