Bad Luck in Salem
« on: June 29, 2008, 05:31:43 PM »

The "Kid", was 7th fastest in Practice, Qualified 8th, and ran in the Top 5 for most of the Race.  Lost either a Clutch, or Flywheel, around Lap 145 of a 200 Lapper.  He was driving a hell of a Race, too.  But, he always does.  We'll live to Race another day.  July 12, at Motor Mile Speedway, in Radford, Va.  We're going to run the Pro-Cup Race first, (250 Laps), then we will Race our Late-Model, (100 Laps), in our New Late Model Car.  The "Kid", has many a Win there in the Nascar Dodge Weekly, Late Model Series.  Later--HUBBARD

Shame about the setback, but I'm sure it will just mean tha Kid will be more determined in the next race.

Just did a map quest to see where Motor Mile Speedway, in Radford, Va is in relation to us.  Sorry we won't be able to be there to cheer you on.  Sorry for the loss, but good luck to you on all the next ones.
