Took to Harley, had chkd. Recommended to take to Dyno to chk race tuner. Not the issue. Tune up fine. was told had intake leak. Took back to Harley. States no intake leak but replaced anyway. 300 miles later still same issue. In parade yesterday, Head HOG of Chapter heard it and agreed something was wrong. Getting frustrated. Going back to shop today. Suggestions?

Sounds like a lot of guesswork going on at the dealer and the tuner. Did anyone actually test for and confirm a vacuum leak (propane cylinder with long skinny tube to test possible leak sources, engine speed will change when propane is sucked in at a leak location)? Vacuum leaks don't have to be just intake to head seals, they can occur anywhere after the throttle plate.
Is this a new condition, or has the bike always done this? You may just be experiencing the EITMS, engine idle temperature management system, if it has been enabled. It's possible that it was turned on when the tuning was done with the SERT. The dealer or the tuner should be able to tell you if EITMS is enabled or not, and if you don't want it enabled it can be turned off. Either way, they should be able to tell if that is the cause of your idle concern. Don't let them just guess, have them hook up their diagnostic equipment and check it out.
