It connects to ACC switch and wait a couple minutes for the air compressor to fill the air reservoir.
Then press and hold any of 3 individual buttons on the seat for rider, 2 for passenger.
Add or remove air (firmness) when and where necessary.
 


It may be a Serta sleep number bed  :D

Big Dog:  I had a Road Zeppelin seat on my 04 Ultra and it was the most comfortable seat I have ever used.  I wanted to put it on my 08 Ultra SE3, but it would not fit due to the larger tank.  I called HD and they indicated there were no plans to make a model for the 08's.  So I went to Hartco in Florida and had a custom seat made.  It is comfortable, but not as comfortable as the Road Zeppelin.
