Came down a four lane road in Manassas Va., posted speed was 35 mph. Crossed over the next road & headed towrds 28 North, light was green and must have subconsciously accellerated. An unmarked unit came out on 28 as I got in the left hand lane, I remember thinking, "gee, who is he after?" I got pulled over, officer informed me I was doing 46 in a 25 mph zone...after apoligizing profusely, I hung my head in shame. When you cross over the first road you come to, evidently the speed limit drops to 25. My daydreaming activated self motivated lead right foot confused my brain in to thinking I was going 38...been beating myself up for that one...

Uh... lemme see.   I tripped while walkinmg.   Hurt me shoulder.  No bigg deal, hurt like hell, but stuff heals right?  That's early june.  hurts....   I ride.  I ride some some more.  I ride 8500 miles with my daughters this summer....   then it's end of september...  still hurts...   hmmmm...  see doc! that make sense now, right?  .   hmmmm.  Top of arm is broke, off, shoulder blade is broke, longways, clavicular whatsits broke. dammit!  oh yea,  couple of muscles trimmed completely off with associated missing tendons and atrophy.   dammit.  surgery next week.....    lots of RE-broke bone bits....   lots of little and big holes in the shoulder area. 
Wife is still saying things that sound like "i told you so"....   Just strated typing with two hands again....     
dammit.  I'm not doing anything dumb with a bike for a while. 

I am the dumb ???

This morning, for whatever reason, the sprinklers were on when I let the CVO Boxers out.  I hauled ass out to the garage to turn the sprinklers off before the pupz started attacking the sprinkler heads.  Pitch black dark.  Forgot I left the Handy Lift up with the FLHR on it.  Ran into it.  Ouch!

I am lucky, mine is the 23rd of Dec...easy to remember.  Got married during a "96" in 1990 waiting to go to the Gulf War...freakin war ended before we got go.   >:(

I think buying MOCO stock right now is not to awful stupid.  I had a buy order in at 20 and another at 18.  I think long term it turn out to be a very good buy at that price....

Now if you are really daring, there is always General Motors at 2.98 or Ford at 1.83.... but not me...

If HD builds up their 'legacy' costs like GM/FORD did, how can it end well for them?  Seems as if everything goes in cycles and I'm afraid the top of this cycle is in the rearview.   :o  spyder
