BB - Glad to see you made it home and had a good trip around the country. I appreciate the QA on my BnB, haven't changed the foot pegs though. Can't decide if the right is too high or the left is too low, Maybe in another 50,000 miles I'll get a better opinion...
Careful with those Docs, I know you'll be taking charge, just don't let them fill you full of drugs, it isn't the answer.    Then again, I haven't found a really good  answer yet, so if you get a good one, pass that muther on!

It bears mentioning that there were some folks I wanted to stop and visit with that I passed on. First off, Chip and Nancy- - - - Mother Nature cancelled my visit with them. Next was Otis, Hubbard and the folks in West By God Virginia. I had planned on getting there after having to bypass Chip, but when Randy told me he had to work all weekend it made little sense for me to stop by. My apologies to all, but on the upside, once the dust settles on my forced retirement, I hope to have plenty of time to visit many of my CVO family.

One thing that has gone unmentioned in all of this. When my Dad passed last year, I sold my beloved 03 SERK Elvis to Mark Z in Memphis in order to have some cash with which to straighten things out. That cash was set aside and was spent on this recent trip and was a key to my being able to keep the estate on the lake as well as pay some lawyers to play pitbull for me. So I must again thank Mark for buying Elvis and even more so for letting me ride the Big E again.

So glad to hear that you are home, safe and sound.  I know it is much easier said than done, but try to find a way to not get too frustrated by the process you will have to go through to get your retirement in order.  Take your time and do it right, cause it is easier than trying to fix it later.  So glad we were able to get together.  Wish it had been longer, but as it was, you could only have picked a better time if it had been a weekend that Jamey was not working.  Since then, our time has gotten less and less, we have both been on the road more than not.  I have only ridden my bike once since you were here, so your time here is even more precious.  Take care and we will see you again soon.

So Scot owes us pictures. You just don't travel w/two bikes (especially Scot that is the master of ROPB's ) unless you are getting something done to them. Come on Scot show us what you did.

Gary, I was wrong when I said there were no pictures from the little visit here last weekend.  Just emptied the camera and discovered I'd snapped two the entire time.  Taken while we were all in the garage working on Scot's FXDWG.  One was too crowded to be any good.  This one I like though.

I've been back in Dago for a week and already I miss Maine so bad it hurts and also miss being out on the road and visiting all of you. Once I get done this next round of Dr's visits and tests etc for my disability pension, I'll be coming to your town soon. I owe several of you a visit that got put off due to the recent spate of foul weather around the country.
