I wonder what the changes are on the Rocker Housing 17573-99A ??

I wonder if they are just relieved to resolve the valve spring retainer clearance issues.

This reminded me of something.  Scott, was it you that mentioned some time back having to clearance a bit on the ProVent rocker boxes?  I was asked about this a couple days ago.

Someone that had gotten a set way back when many of us did and is just now using them.  Apparently hearing a tick or something.  I didn't have a clearance problem but remember someone (thought it was you; maybe :nixweiss: ) saying they had?

I had to clearance the Provent rocker box quite a bit, but remember I am not running stock valve springs or cams...

Thought it you that had mentioned that.  Will pass the info along.

Clearance issues where Scott?  Scraping on a tail or head, banging on lift?

I've not heard anything in mine.  Have that 598 cam from Mackie and the spring package in the HTCC heads.  Next time the tank is off for some reason might look just to double check.

Right on the edge of the valve spring retainer on the exhaust valve spring  -  both the front and rear cylinder...
