Is the gas tank supposed to be the highest point on a motorcycle? :nixweiss: :confused5: ???

He's never going to get chicks with that bike.  So he's got to have something to hump.

It's also painted on this guy's tank AJ.  Staring up at him as leans forward to hump the tank and try to grab those bars for 15 minutes at a time.

That's right... all you bring your 30K+ thousand dollar, 1/2 ton pieces of chrome chit to any road and all you'll be looking at from your oxymoron for a "fast harley" seat touring bike is my license plate...

I-40? :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2: ::)

You can't make any Harley fast.. you just make them less slow... so you can go out and spend ridiculous amounts of money on a 1/2 ton harley.. I'll stay with the the only real performance harley worthy of the screaming eagle name for half your bike's price.

Well Mr. Nightstern8 Newbie I am glad you have graced us with your wisdom and opinion (no shortage of opinions here) and that is what this sight is all about. The big question for me is.....can you do 500 miles in less than 16 hours with this worthy machine? For me it's about enjoying the ride...ultimately IMO. I also learned to play nice where I grew up and not to insult anyone at least until I get to know them!

Ride Safe!  :coolblue:

They come.
With a first post like that.
They go.

Such a shame, I kinda liked the "whiteout" letters on the tires.
Now there's a performance enhancing addition!

I might agree w/ the 1/2 ton POS, but I just did 550mi in 10hrs on Mon & 450 in 8hrs on Tues, and when the bike is out of the shop, I will ride more 100's of miles.
Welcome to the site & have a nice day...          :2vrolijk_21:

Welcome aboard Mr. nighstern8.  I like your bike as I like all two wheeled motorized vehicles.  It's not for me.  If I had to explain why I paid so much for mine and love it so much you wouldn't understand.  Just as I wouldn't understand why someone would buy a $9k sporty and spend nearly that much again on performance mods.  I'd like to take your bike for a spin around the block.  I'd like to take mine for a spin around the continent.

Well, I've liked the Nightster from the 1st time I laid eyes on one, and if I could figure out how to get it in my garage w/o selling either one of my POS  1/2 ton scooters, I'd purchase one.  But, I'd hate to have to ride it straight thru to Daytona.  :o har!  :drink: spyder
