What's the map you started with?  I took a guess and looked at 141NR004.  You didn't turn on active exhaust did you, in the tuning setup?

Active exhaust is enabled. Is that correct?

No. Active exhaust is only on the International bikes. It should not be enabled on a domestic bike.

Thank you. I just made the change and flashed the ECM. The bike runs like a champ. Now  it's time  :drink:

All orders have been shipped and we are now building inventory. So they should be at dealers late this week first of next week.

Resolved turns out Vista security was preventing the download-update. All is complete and the flash worked. Result is 100% improvement in ride quality with the map chosen-dyno is August 1 for final.
Update: Dyno not able to be done due to the dealership computer not allowing the bike and software to link. It appears to be a software issue as mine was not the only bike with the same issue. In the interim the map from Springer is serving me well and the Butt Dyno guesstimate is 98hp and 100tq- waiting for resolution and new appointment.

Wednesday is the day! Recall for the heads, fuel filter and install the Latus spring for the oil pump while they're in there followed by the 4th dyno. As they say in the new business Film @ 11!

Do you change not the cams in same time ? SE 251 or similar, for example ....
