Try the Bub 7's true duals.  I have them on mine and they are loud when you get on the throttle then have a deep rumble when your at cruising speed. I contacted them and asked for a quieter baffle.  They said they would have one for this fall.  I quess I'm getting old when I think an exhaust is too loud!

Besides that, they are mufflers that "slip on" to your original headpipes. The can also "slip on" to other headpipes of the same diameter. ;)

Just took mine off for that reason. Only had the slip-ons though. Put the stock back on after gutting the cat and cutting down the rear inner tip. Sounds better now and I always liked the looks of them. Maybe I'll give the 7's another try when they come out with the quieter baffles. Don't think we're gettin old, just gettin deaf.

the loudest and still sound good pipes I've  heard are on a friends bike Rienhart tru duals and he removed the baffles and enlarged the holes in the baffles and re installed them.  Damn its loud and I will not ride behind him

I am getting the true dual Vance & Hines headers with Bassani slip on mufflers... Does anyone know of this set up if so do you like it?

D&D Fat Cat with the Big Bore baffle..... that is what I have on the FXDSE, it sounds good at idle and bad azz at full throttle..... ;D
