Gearge Anderson relocation kit pic's
« on: July 20, 2008, 09:09:23 AM »

Last sunday I ordered George's kit, Very nice man to work with. He sent out the Kit on Monday and I received it in the mail on Wedsday. Thursday night I installed it, It was very easy to do. Removing the tourpack was simple, One of the things I had to do was remove the seat and cut the zipstrips holding the wiring hardness going to the back of the bike, so I could move the tourpack back the full 2 1/2 inch's. After that just put new zip ties on.  With the Pack moved back, My wife could not put her feet on her floor broad's firmly, So I had to readjust the Floor broad's. This turned out to be a very good thing for me. Because when ever we road together and we were stopping. When i would put my feet down, I was always hit her floor broad's or her feet. Now when we ride, I can use my backrest and I cant even tell if she is back there when we ride. The 2 1/2 inch's does help..... His contact info  Home 309-762-6291.... Cell 309-236-0952

$147 for the tourpack kit........ for the floor boards, just loosen up the two bolts and rotate it up....... the bike is dirty from our bike game during our hog group get together

Ummm, if I remember correctly I think the adjustable passenger footboards came on the '07 SE UC.  The '06s had std mount (in chrome).

Ditto on Geore Anderson.  A very well made part and a very nice person to deal with. I always support the small business owner whenever possible.  A very good experience.   :2vrolijk_21:

No wonder you can't tell she's there, she's so far back now you can see her in the mirrors :bananarock:

George's kit is for sure a comfort to both rider and BSR :2vrolijk_21:
