did you notice any difference in the ride when you had gear in the tour pak?  I take some nice small rides (1K) and normally have what I need, this plus adding a T-Bag to the tour pak I am wondering if the weight shift would have an effect on the way it handles.  I have noticed if I have her weighted down and no passenger (normal riding situation for me) my front end tends to vibrate some.

thanks,

Grumpy

Ummm, if I remember correctly I think the adjustable passenger footboards came on the '07 SE UC.  The '06s had std mount (in chrome).

Yes I have adjusted mine.  My wife's seating position changed when I installed the corbin seat.

Thanks for the pics and info!  I think this might make a big difference for us.

Cowboy, Does the kit move the tourpak back an additional 2 1/2 inches or another 1 1/2 back from the farthest mounting holes.  I have an 07 and my tour pak is moved back as far as allowed with the factory set-up.  I am really thinking about getting this kit.

Thanks Tracy

It will do 1 1/2 or 2 1/2.

You'll find the front gets light the more weight you put in a relocated (rearward) TP.  Had a friend who did the reverse kit, moving the TP up so the rider could rest against it.  It really helped to plant the front tire, according to him.  Moving it back 2 1/2 would probably be like a slightly nose heavy trailer.  You have to pay attention, but not much more.
