I have an 03 fatboy that I installed a headlight nacelle on a few years ago and I would like to add the narrow beach handlebars with internal wiring that I believe came on the 06 Se fat boy.

BUT the HD catalog says the two parts won't work together, the only thing I can see that might be in the way is the chrome trim cap that sits on top of the handlebars to cover up the clamps, it might need a little trimming to fit the larger diameter bars.

Has any one tried this combo and had any problems, any SE fat boys tried to install a nacelle ?? Any other problems I might not be visualising ??

I have the nacell on a 2006 SE fatboy. Went on with no problem. I did the Traxxiom Dynamics upgrade at the same time and had to make adjustments to the top of the nacell for the shock adjusters.
