While we're talking about stuff we don't like, let me tell you how much I don't want that Baker DD7. There's just no way I'd want to go through the trouble of installing that thing in my bike. Then I'd have to deal with getting rid of the old gears and all the other stuff too. That would really stink, getting one of those I tell you. :(

Now you understand. ;) :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

Hmmm, that's a thought. I wonder how close the orange matches up? All I would need to do is get the "swoosh" removed/redone on the top if that were the case. Probably would need new docking hardware too, but that's minor. :)

I've already checked into this and the old TP will not fit. And NO, "I don't want one" either.

What is different about the TP's? I can understand the hardware not fitting. :confused5:

They changed something on the TP's. I had to order one made for my '07. Earlier version I was told was NG. Don't know exactly when they made a change. But the TP or rack fits the wider rear. The detachable hardware is different for the SERK3/4 vs a standard rear end FL. :nixweiss:

Yeah, but I might get a trip to Atlanta!

And I'm positive you don't want to ride 100+ on the banks of the Atlanta Motor Speedway next Saturday either. Me neither.

I would hate to ride my bike around the Atlanta M.S. at 100+ MPH on a closed course, all for a good cause!

Nancy and I rode our 03 Classics around Lowes Motor Speedway at a 100 until they flagged us down.
We think they were going to ask us to leave.
So we slowed down to 40 as we passed them and rode out the exit!
Twas very cool!

:indian_chief:

I'll save you all the trouble of getting rid of the stock 6 speed

Give you $100 for it and will pay shipping :2vrolijk_21:

You will buy the 7 speed.....it WILL break :soapbox:

Baker will not fix it correctly

You will beg me to sell you back the origional 6 speed :coolblue:

$700 + shipping.....another $200

sounds like a great deal for you :2vrolijk_21:
