Have a proposition for you:  You keep d00d's second bike (preferably his new 09 SERG!) April-Sept. & I keep it Oct. - March.  Be a good excuse for you to travel south & a good excuse for me to travel north.

A win-win- WIN!

 ;)

OK, we're talking joint custody... sounds good, you will have it for the possibile d00d visitations of Bike Week and Biketoberfest, and I'll have it for additional d00d visitations  at the VA State Rally.

Now we just need a document to make all this official, something like a purchase order, or a true bill of sale from d00ds local stealership, will it be Waugh's or Lynchburg?   :pumpkin: :pumpkin:

Now lets get this started, I only have a couple months left on my court  :jester: appointed time!

throw in a lock, a rack, antenna relocation kit, a couple of d00d hinges and you are clear of $2000 to add something that should have been included!

If you want it for Bike Week or Biketoberfest will trade it back earlier or later.  Important thing is to make sure we are having a good time riding d00d's new bike!  We need to get d00d to cut a check for the bike & get the title & insurance in order & all so there will be no legal issues when we ride it.  Will defer to your wise judgment as to which place d00d should buy it.  Maybe he should pay cash so there will be no note & that will speed everything up?  Feel strongly that d00d should at least have the bike long enough to get his picture made while sitting on it so he can post it here & all.   :huepfenlol2:

Bet you it will be included in the 2010 SERG. Remember the 04 SEEG?

Exactly why Bill the SERG3 became a non issue and I went for the SEUC4.
Well, throw in the fairing lowers and a few other things.

And to add more, as everyone knows I have the 01 SERG with the chopped tourpak.
Riding two up with that chopped tourpak with that small pad is not very comfortable for the passenger.
It may look nice but after a 100 or more miles it's not the same comfort as an Ultra or my Classic.
Looks may be important but if moma isn't happy then no ones happy.

That's the reason I got the king TP for my SEEG.  I have been told by some that it looks like chit versus the chopped TP or, of course, no TP . . . .  But not by momma. ;) ;D

We were talking about this at the office this morning. The one thing everyone agreed on was the SERG should be priced at about 27K if you look at all the extras on the Ultra; heat shields, lowers, rider backrest, king lighted tourpack w/ liner, better radio w/ CB, rear speakers, rear crash bars, rear tail light, etc, considering the price of the Ultra, it is a hell of a better deal.
Of course the Ultra doesn't have those cheesy glue on abortions on the bottoms of the saddle bags. They must be worth 10K! :o
