With all the new stuff they have done to this bike.
This guy still has some of the complaints we all have.
Noise in trans, (still did not fix).
And of course the dreaded heat issue, I mean non issue?
I understand epa is not helping the heat, but they have nothing to do with trans.
Every harley I owned before never made 5th noise, why all the sudden with new six speed, new noise.
I know about the gears, so fix it.
I guess what I am saying is, I am not to impressed with the bike.
Glad I bought my 08 copper/silver, and did the mods to it.
These bikes are not getting any better buy the year, seems to me anyway.
Also they put heat shields on from factory, that may help driver, but sure is going to keep heat  around rear cylinder, that should help motor last a long time.
I fugure 2 years should do, just till warranty is up, for most people.

I finialy got mine running great.  Made my own map afr/ve/timing have all been adjusted 14 or so times now with super tuner, running great.
Good on acceleration,no dead spots, alittle rich but runs cool.
Can set and idle for as long as I want, no overheating.     
Not bragging, just happy its running good.
I now have a great time every time i am on it.
Just my 2 cents.
