Here too.  The Pan was always my favorite look for a top end.  Nice looking cover.  Did you get a set or just stumble in to the information on them?

They look cool but I wonder how they would work with high lift springs and if there would be clearancing issues.

We put a set of them on a springer, 95" with 625 T-Man cams no clearance problems

They sure did make that springer look old :2vrolijk_21:

Brian, it's been awhile but any issues with this after some time in service that you know of?  Are they stamped and, if so, are they noisy?  Just wondering how they'd been if you know anything more about them.

Don we had to go back in and align the rockers. Seems that the front cylinder rubbed a little...very little but after aligning it quieted down

To align the rocker box...take the cover off the filter...the 2 1/4" bolts and use the oil pump alignment screws in the holes. This will align the boxes correctly.

Cool.  Thanks.  That's an easy solution.  I'm still strongly considering these to sit on top of the engine for the SERK project.  Really like the look.

Don we also did a set on a bike with a busy paint job. It did not look as good as the set on the springer which has the old looking paint job.

I have used the Roland Sands covers ( http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/ProductImages/300/0000-Roland-Sands-Designs-Nostalgia-Rocker-Box-Covers.jpg ) on two TC projects so far. Didn't know this other option existed at all. Can we get some pictures, please?

I wouldn't love them for that much either Ernie.  Have watched them occasionally show on eBay for $375-395.  When the time comes that might tempt me.  Especially since the once I've got need either rechroming or replacement anyway.
