Picking up my new '09 SE Ultra tonight!!!  Trading in the '07 SE Ultra (still hanging onto the '05 SE Electraglide).  Will post pics of the new toy asap.
I was diagnosed with stage IVb esophageal cancer back in Jan '08, so I'm living life to the max and this new bike is just what the doctor ordered!

In theory the orange should look great with the Autumn Haze because the Haze has a lot of orange flake in it. I'm not sure about this combination though. I'll wait till I see it to decide. I can't wait to see the red though.

Why is it that everyones pictures are always better than the official pics. FR8TRN's pics show me more about the bike than anything so far.

Roger, sorry to hear about the Cancer, but it sounds like your doing it right.  We all should, tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone I know of....Enjoy the new SE, can't wait to see the pics of it......

Uhh, no problem, if I'd of thought to bring my camera they'd of been better.....cellphone pics were better than none though....

Roger, looking forward to photos and comparisons to the 07.  Do the backs of the mirrors on the 09 have reflectors in the them or are there some LED integrated turn signals in them?  I'm looking forward to more photos but so far my light candy cherry is the BEST color so far.......  :cherry:

Just getting off of the 07 SEUC and onto the 09 SEUC should be great for comparison. What was done to your 07?

Bret,
07 had Vance and Hines wide oval true duals, stage 1 kit, race tuner, high flow air cleaner.  Loved the 07, but this new 09 really talked to me.  07 had great top end performance - took it from Reading PA to Key West and back two months ago - 3400 miles - two up plus pulling a trailer and had no problems keeping ahead of traffic on 95 with plenty left.  Picked up the 07 in Oct of 06 - had 21000 miles on it when I pulled into the dealer tonight.  It will be interesting to see how this 09 compares.  I'll get my 500 break in miles on asap and come back here with comments.  Wife will take pix tomorrow and post for me.  I still have my 05 SE Electraglide - that's the fun bike - quick to pull out - goes like a son of a gun ...
