Tour Pack Auto Locks
« on: July 28, 2008, 12:46:37 PM »

Was out riding Saturday and I locked my bags with the Key FOB.  When I got back I unlocked the manual locks on the tour pack and hit the open button on the Key FOB....Tour Pack was still locked!!!!

I finally figured out that you have to have the manual lock in the closed position and then hit open on the Key FOB!!!

Was glad to get it finally open to get my helmet out!!!

I had a similar problem a month ago. After unlocking the tour pack with the key I was not able to lock it back with the FOB. Locked it back with the key and then worked perfectly with the FOB. Almost like it was out of sequence??????? :confused5:

Mine will lock or unlock the bags regardless what was used to lock or unlock them... and regardless of what state they were left in.  :-\

The only issue I have had with them is that the metal is very flimzy on the lock and from time to time the damn thing bends on me and will not allow the lid to close until I "adjust" it some.
