I came to learn of this site through word of mouth. (hard10) A.J. has been a friend for years, and through him I met others in the group (puzzled and hoist) on a little ride. I think you have impressive group of like minded folk Great job ( :2vrolijk_21:

I sold my 02 Ultra, and bought an 08 Screamin Eagle Ultra 105th colors, I had taken some accesories off of the 02 , then sold them on e-bay, one of my buyers of 02 parts e-mailed me as to why I was selling parts? I told him of my new purchase, then he told me of this site. It is pretty cool.

I belonged to hdforums.com and a reference was made to cvoharley in the cvo section
in fact there were some members on that site that believed a large proportion of cvoharley membership were posers (did not actually own CVO bikes............how silly was that?

Most people that know me don't realize I'm a poser. I look like a redneckbiker, but, I'm actually a GQ sorta guy. As soon as I get off my bike, I shower and put on a turtleneck sweater. I hire someone to rack up the miles on my ultra. I fly to within a few miles of my destination, throw some dirt on the bike, and ride the remaining 5 miles. I hate beer, but I love martinis. I drink them with my pinkie up. I watched this message board for ages just learning how to portray myself as a bad biker type. That's me--a fake..a poser..A wannabea RUB..yes--A rub

Of the total enrolled membership the percentage may actually be significant.  I'd not be surprised at all to see something well beyond a majority.  Of the active membership, however, we all know the percentage of non-CVO owners is actually quite small.  It seems the difference between this forum and that one is that here we just don't give a chit though.
