Thunderpress......alright, it's about time!  I wrote them several times (even invited ThunderPress to our GTG) but never heard back from them.  I think one of our members here (and writer for TP), Eddieboy, had something to do with it.

Anyway, welcome to the board Crashdummy! [smiley=beerchug.gif]  With a username like that, I'm sure you have a story to tell.  For a minute there, I thought somebody was referring to me......I got pretty busted up back in May 04. [smiley=nervous.gif]

My buddy is making the wall hangers for the Tour Paks and windshields, etc.  He told me he sent my tour pak pics to someone and they give him the web site so I thought I would check it out.

a newbie member, 1sthd74in74 met my riding buddy at Rocky Mt. HD in Eastern NC and gave him a card.  Nite-Al joined the site and then informed me at to how much he was enjoying everyone on it, so I took the plunge next.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I see that there are a lot of new members here and I was just wondering how you learned about this web site?

Learned of the site in November 2004 from another 2005 Red SEEG rider in a Bradenton, Florida gas station.  He told me of the site and have a lurked a bit since then.  Reading the discussions on front end suspensions, progressive 440s, various exhaust systems, and tuners really helped me make some decisions concerning change-outs.  Was really unhappy having purchased such a nice bike and have it run like a lumber truck.  Not cool, but was comforting I was not alone.  So to all of those who contributed to performance discussions--THANK YOU!!  You were most helpful!  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] BTW-first post here.
