If we have our bikes already set up with pipes, sert, high-flow, dyno tuned...  And we get the new heads shouldn't the dealership re-dyno our bikes...  This is not my case because I'm doing all this to my bike this week but how do all of you feel about this?

I absolutely agree! No 2 engines are alike, and you're changing a major component, creating a "new" engine now even though the specs might be the same. I've no idea whether anything else changed besides valve guides, like valve sizes or port characteristics. If any of that changed, it's a must. The bike will run OK I'm sure, but won't be dialed in if yours is now. JMO.

Oh, and yes, they should re-tune the bike.

The stock heads are all cast form the same mold and "CLEANED UP" with the same CNC program. The heads all should be exactally the same. To the TEE within a few .0001. So I will tell you don't waste your time or money on a retune.

Think I may have mentioned this before, but if the moco made any changes that could impact emissions wouldn't they have to recertify the engine?  I would think they would keep mods to bare minimum to solve the problem (let's hope it really does) and not affect what they have certified by EPA.
