friend of mine had an accident back in the end of june.   20 miles an hour into an intersection in the rain,  and his back brake did absolutely nothing to help stop him.  front pulsated, but not back. his lawyers have been collecting evidence from other incidents.  seems water got into the rear brakes or abs and they failed.   thats all I know at the moment.
