I think he's going to have a tough way to go.  Daytona HD has the same scoot with 5k miles out the door at 27.5K.

Not really sure one idiot will set a market value Chip.  There too many of the bikes out there anymore for the market to be gauged by any single transaction.  I'm afraid one idiot spending that much for a two year old bike that's just sat for two years would only prove that there's another idiot out there  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Only two idiots out there Don?
Don't forget about the one that bought the wrecked SEEG.
What if I want to sell one of our bikes and the person buying brings cash.
If I ask them if they are an idiot for paying my high asking price, should I disqualify them from the sale because they answered "YES". I wouldn't!

What would you do?

Never said an idiot couldn't spend his money Chip.  In fact the reason he's an idiot is because he is spending that much money for a wrecked bike (or any of the other several examples we've seen lately).  The seller would only be an idiot if he refused the money were it offered to him  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Only $10k!

But wait, there's more!  It's "too nice for me to ride!"

Perhaps we should all chip in a bit and buy it as an investment for resale...   We could even pass it around instead of the CVO cards, so folks could see what thier missing....

Sic the 'eBay dogs' on him.  All it takes is a email to ebay and they'll check it out.  I hate that, was thinking of buying it for that amt. for spare parts.  Har!    [smiley=cool3.gif]     spyder

Look at the item description down in the auction.  "Harley FLHCSE Screamin Eagle Electra Glide HOT!"  And "HOT" it is, I'll bet too!  I see similar scams on ebay all the time...makes me wonder just how many there are stupid enough to fall for it.  Must be some because these fools keep on with these types or listings....sad, really.
