Fantastic shot.  I thought his having the time off for Sturgis was a condition of employment.  Too bad it didn't work out.

I was told it was OK to take the time, but I made the decision to put it off. Didn't want to start off and take 3 weeks only a month after starting. Sturgis will probably always be there, so we're looking forward to it next year!!! ;)
