FLH, that's a really nice bit of accessorizing you've done to the bike there.  Exceptional job sir  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I've only seen 2 other FXDWG3's since mine came out in the same color, and only 4 total in the 4 years since the first FXDWG2 . Despite Atlanta Metro area having a lot of bikes , so far mine are pretty rare around here.

Being in a giant metropolitan area such as the Los Angeles basin, we occasionally run across other CVOs at the local hang outs.  My first ride out on my Banana, with my cousin on his B & B Seeg, we pulled up to the Rock Store in Malibu and were talking with fellow bikers and a fellow on a O & B SEEG rolls up parks right in front of us, doesn't even acknowledge that there were any other bikes around and heads straight in to the grill.  Most of the time, we run into CVO owners who are great, they compliment you on your scoot & ask questions but, some of us.................................have a chip on our shoulders.  Oh, well the rest of us can enjoy the comraderie & good times.

Just my .02.

Before someone else comments that "[smiley=worthless.gif]". Here is the proof that I love my bike, and anything (almost anything) that has "Orange" as their corporate colors

cool thread, glad to see it bumped. When I was in the hills for rally week I was always on the lookout for guys on WG2's and 3's. Saw 4 WG2's and 2 WG3's. got to speak with 2 owners and they were great! Saw a set of saddlebags on one of the 2's that I will be ordering this winter. It's always great to see what others are doing with their rides! I find it cool and encouraging to see other CVO's out there. I'm beginning to recognize more now that I have been on this site for a while. Have left a few cards with the url on bikes to encourage others to join us. Haven't run into any CVO snobs yet. Not sure how I would handle that.

We all randomly showed up at the same time.

Our dealership sells lots of CVO's.
Even buys them up at auctions with very low mileages......
I have seen plenty of Fat Boys, Duece, a '01 SERG and even a SEEG or two!!!
Not sure where they all come from but they are low mileage US models.

I could not care less if everybody would be riding the same. In fact one of the nicest events was, when we met four other teal '05 SEEGs at the HOG rally in Killarney a couple of years back, for a total of five bikes all the same.

I would love to see some like mine around...the only other one I have seen in the past two years is the red 07 FXDSE...
I feel this is definitely a keeper... :love_1:

I'm not sure how many were actually sold in our area, the greater St. Louis MO area, but in all my riding here and even in Sturgis this year, I've only seen one other '08 SERK Annie and it was in Sturgis.

We had our big Rat Run the first Sunday in October and there were I'd guess a couple thousand bikes of all shapes and sizes there and I only saw one '08 Annie and it was a SEUC not a SERK like mine.

That in itself says a couple things, either there weren't that many in our area or that they were so butt ugly that nobody wants one.  It's probably the latter of the two...

This is NOT a color that I would have picked out to buy, but I did buy it...  I bought it for the fact that it is an anniversary color and that's the only reason up front that I bought this color.  After I've ridden it more and more the color grows on a person and it is simply beautiful in the sunlight as the sun sparkles off the rootbeer and even the black has some flake to it.  I get so many compliments on this bike.

I'm glad I have it now though, very much...

Our local dealer had 3 of each color, I have yet to see another red, or any other color, SEEG on the road. I have seen them in the service dept. That's a good thing but i'm sure its just a matter time since we have about 10 dealerships within about a 75 mile radius. I'm not sure what allocation the other shops got [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Ha!, was trying to figure out what Jim was thinkin here, then I saw the date.  There are more of those Red SEEG's than any other color in the history of Motorcycles  ;D And Jim seems to have at least 2 in his shop, every time I go there.

I know of 2 of mine (08-FXDSE2) That are the Anniversary color here in St. Louis and one is still at Doc's H-D still in the show room. Could care less if someone has one like it I LOVE mine!!!!

I didn't make it to the "Rat Run" as I hadn't picked it up til the 8th of Oct. But I drove by it as I work just down the street from it.

Dan......If the weather keeps up like it is now PM me on here and we'll hook up for a ride!

Well good or bad i have not seen another  :bananarock: hanging out in my area (Fredericksburg, VA). I know there are a couple of members from the site somewhere around but I have not met or seen them out and about yet. I have seen a couple of other CVO's around. I followed a guy on an SEUC one day, just happened to be going out the same road, but he just would not stop so i figured "Oh well". I guess in the spring maybe I will have a better chance to meet up with some of you local guys. I try to ride one of the "scooters" anytime the sun shines. Keep the shiny side up folks.

Wouldn't bother me at all to see another like mine. Actually, I like to hang out with other people that have great taste lol. I also like to check out the mods they've made and be able to see exactly what it would look like on mine. If you want to stand out from the crowd, build it from the ground up!!
