Calling on So Cal...........

Dave (Wrongway) scheduled a gtg ride for the members from So Cal.  Several of us from Nor Cal decided to ride down and support their gtg and ride with them a little and meet new friends.

Andy (AK) was already in San Diego so he rode up to Simi Valley and hooked up with the So Cal guys there.  Ernie (Erniezep, Michael (Motomichael) and I left San Jose about 7:00 a.m. and rode down to Santa Maria where the So Cal guys arrived about 1:30 p.m. at the dealershp..........

This is a first for me...........a Vrod trike.  They said it has a Ford Pinto rear end.  My first thought was "where the hell would you find a Ford Pinto rear end in 2008?"

After a nice lunch Van lead a ride on some twisty but scenic back roads to Solvang.  I believe it's supposed to be the largest Danish community outside of Denmark.

Chicago (not here yet) has been a friend for many years, met up with him Friday night and invited him for the ride, didn't know until last night he had an Eagle!
