Sorry Tony didn't see your invite in time for the weekend, but see there are going to be a few events in the future we can try for.  Right now, recovering from jetlag.  We don't travel much, but we both have been on the road lately, and a quite weekend at home sounds so good.  I want to put on those ruby slippers and sit in my hot tub and sip margaritas and watch the dandelions take over my lawn.   :D

This was actually two weekends ago, but I can't find my cable to get the pictures from my camera to my computer, finally borrowed one so I can tell you and share the pictures of a short little trip we made on Routes 5 and 10 here in one of the Oh So Many historic areas of Virginia.  We rode to Williamsburg and Jamestown on the smaller two lane routes and so enjoyed the warm sun and the very blue skies.  We rode on the ferry and watched a young girl feed the sea gulls.

The birds were very greedy, swooping down for even the smallest of crumbs.

We stopped for a bowl of She Crab soup at the Rocky Bottom Grill and the view was still stunning.
