Actually, Al Gore was a leader in seeing the potential of the internet for the public, back when it was still mostly a government/academic thing, and was a catalyst in getting it out there for everyone to use.

For it's time LaserDisc wasn't bad.  Died a more premature death than it would have because they made almost no porn in the format.

According to IMDb, Twister was the first movie commercially released on DVD, and it is yet to be one of the first movies to be released commercially onto HD-DVD and on Blu-ray.

I'm just a little confused by the whole issue d00d and your post above only further complicates things. Change takes time. When any body or group of people have been doing something a certain way for a period of time and for whatever reason, change is thrust upon them, there is a period of adjustment. That's just human nature. I support the administration of this site in running the site however they chose. I've stated that openly more than a few times, so it shouldn't be in question, but it has been by a couple folks in recent days. All I'm asking is that the heavy gloves get put on the shelf and a little more patient approach to the changes is displayed. I don't think that makes me the newest patch holder in the Sons of Anarchy or anything remotely resembling non support of the site's administrators.
