Howie, I'm terribly sorry about the news.  I was hoping for a turn around.  I know he's been suffering for a long time and to have to go through what he did so far from home makes it harder on all.  He's certainly in a better place now and we can all be thankful for that.  It's time to celebrate a life instead of mourning a loss.

Very very sorry to read of your Dad's passing.  Times like these are painful - memories of better times and happier times help to ease that pain.  My sincerest condolences - you & your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm so incredibly sorry for you loss, words can not express. Love to you and your family and continued thoughts and prayers through the trials of missing him in your lives. Remember him with smiles and continue the strength he showed in celebration of a wonderful husband/father/grandfather.

Take care of your mom and yourselves! Be happy he's no longer suffering. Know that we share your pain and will help keep him alive in our hearts, as well.
