CaliforniaMatt's Fat Bagger Conversion
« on: September 06, 2008, 12:33:14 AM »

As Matt posted in another thread I have been working on a 200mm Fatbagger conversion for his 08 SEUC. I also did a bunch of chrome goodies around the motor, a chrome inner, an Arnott Air ride, and a 300 watt Hawg-Wired system with speakers in the lowers.

Here is the first before pic of his bike on the rack with the bags off. (I did not get any "virgin" before pics)

Old and new swingarm comparision. One thing that I really liked about the Fatbagger swingarm is the use of double spherical bearings on each side. The stock HD swingarm uses a single bearingand spacers.

New swingarm in place after a bunch of clearancing on the frame. I had to grind the welds flat on the inside edge of the frame for belt clearance.
