DCFIREMAN I'm with you there.  I do all my scooters with new hardware package.  I personally like the allen with the cap.  The place, link above, I buy from has great hardware.  Super smooth finish and great shine.  Here's my last project, 94 FLSTN. 

You buy a $40K bike with accessories and MoCo puts on the $hittiest hardware.  Even the bolts on the shift levers are cheezy chromate finish.  Oh well, I love working on them.
