New CVO 2009 silver/blue ultra

First post, Lovin' the new screaming eagle.  This is my fourth Harley and first CVO. 
Anyone have any help on getting the GPS working?  I followed the instructions and loaded the CD but my last message says "Please wait for GPS signal".  It seems to be unable to find any satellites.  I have tried in various outside locations.
I must be missing something in the instructions. 

This is by far the funnest HD I have owned.  Smooth torque filled motor.   

It's time to go for a ride

Welcome from Oklahoma!

Sounds like you may have a problem with your GPS antenna (inside the fairing).  You will probably want to take it back to the dealer the have them check it.  Then after they get it working and you use it for a while, you will want to add a real GPS unit like most of us have (preferred GPS:  Garmin Zumo 550 :2vrolijk_21:)

Don't assume you are doing something wrong.  As LRebel stated, it's probably the antenna.  Mine was working fine for almost a year.  but it crapped out on me on my Milwaukee trip.  I have not gotten the bike back from service yet, but the H-D techs in Indiana also could not get a signal, so at least it was not operator error.
