I brought the new Silver/Blue SEUC 4 home this morning...then the wife and I took it for a 100+ mile ride.  It is our anniversary.  You can imagine how excited she was! Ha.  Here are some pices hopefully sized right.

Our anniversary (39 years) photo....My gift was the new bike and she got the $37 cowboy hat.  Am I a great hubby or what??

My initial reaction to the bike is VERY positive.  A ton of new features I did not have on the 06. Tranny seemed loud (esp. 5th gear) but perhaps that's because of no muffler sound from the stocks.  In 6th gear the bike is extremely smooth.  I might have noticed slightly more heat than the 06 (103) but not much.  The best new feature is the seat.....you can actually take a long trip on this stock seat...best one they have come out with yet.

Bike seems heavier and when on the kickstand it leans more, therefore causing you to use more muscle to get it upright.  This is because the tires are larger and more ground clearance hence more lean to the left.  A longer kickstand or extension would be nice.  Bike sits slightly more than 1 inch higher than the 06 and probably all previous bikes.  Also two other neat features.....a 6th gear light and a fuel mileage range on the speedo.

I love the color.....it matches my new garage floor!

Hey Chip, yes the blue is dark, even outside. Matched my shirt! When the sun hits that silver it is amazing, especially the inner fairing while riding.  Absolutely gorgeous.  I was torn between the red and the s/b but they had the s/b in and I took it.  Then Susan finally admitted she hoped I would get that color so all is well in my world today!

Great looking bike!  Man, I really like this year's SEUCs!  Maybe 'cause the paint scheme is pretty similar to the SEEGs.  This is the first year I've at least thought about letting the SEEG go and trying something new.   Enjoy it!
