Ok so I am at the bike shed looking over the scoots. (We have an awning at work for the bikes to park under) I notice that none of the other six speeds have the little spout with the black plug on them except mine. Right side of the tranny has a little spout thing on top of the crome cover, with a black plug, like you use to plug a vacuumn line. Of course I have the only CVO on the premises. What is the little spout for, and why do the other six speeds not have it? Anyone know this?......... :nixweiss:

It's a way to bleed (air from) the system much like in brake system.

I knocked mine off when I changed my tranny oil, but I did find it and replaced it.

mine either...  I will continue my rebel ways and not put one - So There.

I can't see really needing one, the minute you bleed the clutch anything short of a donut shoved in the opening will go out with the old brake fluid.

Man, I was a million miles from the idea of storing donuts in the bleeder.  Glad Sean is smart.

As long it is storing to be consumed later...You would not want to violate Donut karma and misuse the yummy treat and building block of bodies like mine...To use the donut in others ways is....is...well just wrong in every way.
