I would have to say no due to the frame change... But not sure.

I agree with the others.  I doubt they will fit.  Rinehart and all of the after-market co's are struggling to develop true duals.  If they could use what they have I'm sure they would sell them to us.  The 09 frame is quite a bit different than earlier models.

The frame of the 09 bagger models has been radically altered and the 2-1-2 exhaust is made specifically to wrap itself around that frame. That's all the info you should need to reach a sound conclusion on your question

Yup.  Like mooks like me, putting slippies on for a few hunnert miles before a 2-1 and dyno...As long as I can stuff extra fuel and air in, I am happy.

They look as to they would flow better than the 07 and get some of the heat of the legs. I have read on some of the post that it appears the cat is in the collector. Does anyone know for sure and have they removed it?

The cat's in the main pipe before it splits. Each year things are usually more restrictive or the same. They might look like they flow more. But my guess is they're the same as the last 2 years or worse! EPA doesn't get easier every year, it gets harder! ;)
