I just got off the phone with hd customer service. They told me that
not all 110 CVO owners were supposed to receive the hd book and I was not on the list. >:( FTF

I got the book but no initial letter - but unfortunately mine is part of the "upgrade".  I'd sure rather have a bike that doesn't need repair then a $60.00 book with a "exclusive CVO" sticker on it...

I got mine about a month ago.
The funny thing is, I purchased my bike around the end of July.
Much later than most of you, wounder why I received mine so fast.
I just cant figure it.
Just like the recall parts, HUH!!!!
Some people can get em, while others can't.     WTF

received the book a couple of weeks ago. Having just sold my SERK, I don't feel the least bit guilty on keeping it. Book is bound to outlast those 110's. :huepfenlol2:
