I know the Zumos are the latest and greatest from Garmin but I sure like my Streetpilot 2720.  Runs the exact same software and is more customizable and quicker to boot up and load maps imo.  You can pick up a used or refurbished model on ebay for around $150 - $175.  If mine craps out I'll buy another rather than spend three or four times that much on a Zumo.  If need MP3 I think the 2820 models have that.

The Streetpilot is basically the same price here... minus the extra mounts and MP3

I can't help with price, but I really like the Zumo. I've used in on two bikes (with the Smart antenna fir XM radio). It comes with with both a bike and an auto mount, so I move it to the truck when I'm not riding.

Bought the Zumo from Bumpus H-D in Murfreesboro, TN and got a very good price. The zumo 550 is awesome. Eventhough it cost a little extra, the zumo is one of the few GPS designed for motorcycles, fishing, hiking, etc... The unit has features as MP3, photos, and bluetooth.

I've loaded over 500 songs and 100 photos on a 2 gig SD card.

Buy ya one and have fun. :huepfenjump3:

I've been watching e-bay lately for a replacement for my 2730 that had the screen chit the bed. The best I saw for a 2730 was 350 & 450 for the 2820, for 250 I think I'll get mine fixed.

Someone posted a link to Costco, they have the 450 for $349, I'd have preferred that one as I don't need the Bluetooth or XM.

Yes.  The 26xx, 27xx and 28xx series Streetpilots are all weather sealed.

What is the difference between the ZUMO 550 and the ZUMO H-D is putting out.  The one from HD seems to have all the bells and whistles the 550 does plus comes with the dealers already in the unit.  And from what I have see if you order it from some online dealers like Chicago HD it is even cheaper than MSRP.

The only good thing about the MOCO Zumo is that it comes with the dealers preinstalled.

It DOES NOT come with the car mount and cable or handlebar mount.  I believe you can still buy a 550 from www.pcnation.com  for around $640.00  ..

I would not buy the MOCO Zumo.  Way too high even at 20% off and you get less.
