It's obvious from the sheer mass of forms and information required by Aetna Insurance to process my claim for disability retirement that I am out of my league and need the services of an attorney versed in such matters

If anyone can recommend a disability attorney (California) I would appreciate it greatly

When Terry and I crashed, working with Aetna was a full time job every day for two months to get my benefits. Some of those days involved taking meds that made me half out of my mind. Take notes of every communication you have with them, and let them know you are doing it...or get a attorney. In the end you will get your benefits either way, but remember the attorney's fees and outside medical opinions are on your nickle. All said and done, if I had to do it again I would get an attorney. Your in no frame of mind to take on that monster. Rest up and be well,  Doc
