Hey Bribe36 and guys (and ladies where applicable),

Did anyone notice the color in the sun?  Beautiful!  The tail still looks great.  St Albert, Alberta is in Canada last time I looked at a map (not that I can read one).  Tried to fine '09 CVO's on the Canadian HD web site and could not.  Seems clear from prior threads that this is the international (or at least Canadian) version.  Still looks great!  Agree with thought that you can't have enought light in back.  A Frenched light / plate would be cool but propably $$ for a little effect.  Spend it on horsepower!?  Enjoy!

Just a replacement laydown lens will improve the look by following the line of the fender...

Sounds like you need to bring this to the attention of your dealer. More then likely the wrong fender was put on your bike. :nixweiss:

I read a post on another topic by Jim Kerr. Seems some he has noticed some folks are finding it difficult to see the brake light in the signal / brake light setup. For safety reasons he has added a second brake light and a flasher unit to the existing brake lights. I will admit the all in one light system looks great, but from a safetly issue maybe the seperate brake light is the way to go. I have seen some low profile, tinted, flashing lcd brake lights that look pretty good. Guess it's not all bad ;D

Does anyone remember the old "Aurora" aftermarket lenses for the 73-98 bikes?  Always thought they were a much better looking lens then the squared off HD product.  Too bad they never made a comparable product for the post-98 bikes.  It'd be a 100% better look in this application.

hehehehehe.....  I always liked the rounded look better than the square look.  That's probably why I liked the old 57 vette better than the 56 tbird.

I (barely) rememberd those old lenses right after I got the Roadstar trailer too.  Bushtec uses the pre-98 lenses on at least that model trailer.  Actually found an old pair in stock somewhere and at a close-out price so they went on the Bushtec before it got painted.  The Prep H lubed the sealing gasket for the lenses :huepfenlol2: !
