Thanks Jon. They look real nice! Mine should be here wednesday according to my tracking number from UPS. Let us know when you get to get out on the road and take her for a real test drive. Some of the guys have notices a slight vibration after the install, may be due to the noise they report.

 just went out for a 20 mile ride mostly back roads,had her in 4th and 5th gr around 2500 and I have not heard the rattle that you are talking about .Now I still havent takin my cat out and the air cleaner hasn't arrived yet,just so you know how the bike is set up

The cat is comming out soon,my super sert is comming this week and the air cleaner will be here shortly

ROB I also set the pipes up at from the back of the bags to the edge of the tips worked out to 3 1/2 "  I ended up using a right triangle with a inch scale on it,hope this helps

It wont take long to change these out but they have some weight to them,also my wife loves   them,my freind and my wife says its starting to sound like a H_D.

Jon,
Outstanding!!! They look really awesome with that fat back tire! I am going to only change these first and then go from there. I will probably never get a SERT as I think this computer can compensate for the mufflers. I may change some things as far as helping the heat issue down the road. I just don't want to change too much at once so I can get a feel for the changes made.

Have you added the race tuner yet? Did you do the work? I am trying to find out if adding the race tuner is something a novice like myself can do. What did you use fo rthe air breather. RobMay if you see this have you gotten your setup all done?

Thanks for the great PICs.
After seeing the picts I see that the mount bracket is offset instead of the dimples on the sides to give clearance to the axels.
This move the mufflers out bound and potentially cause ground interference for you that scrape.

Is that a large heatshield on the muffler where the cutaway goes around the bracket?
